	Grand Oak Estates welcomes you home with tree lined    streets and 1/2 acre lots.  Homes from 1900-over 3000 square feetof living area include granite counter tops, upgraded appliances, landscaping, irrigation and more.  These homes can be built in Grand Oak Estates or on your lot.  Prices start in the $150s for house only.
