Charlie Johnson began building homes in Central Florida in 1958. After more than 50 years, 4,000 homes and 3 generations, Charlie Johnson Builder capitalizes on their vast experience. This family tradition of building luxury homes has been passed down generation to generation. Charlie Johnson passed the business to his daughter Cheryl Johnson-Ludecke and son-in-law, Carl Ludecke in the early 1980s. Cheryl, as award winning designer and Carl, a licensed contractor continued to grow the business into what it is today. Their daughter, Kristin Beall Ludecke is also a licensed contractor and has joined the company as the third generation.
